I have been using the Koskino system for over a year now and I am very satisfied with it. The grinding water is clear and odorless, the maintenance effort is manageable, operating costs are extremely low, and water consumption is practically zero.

Previously, I used both a classic pump system with a settling tank, which required significantly more effort while providing worse filtration, and a fresh-water setup, which was no longer appropriate due to environmental concerns and the cost of fresh water.

I would also like to thank Mr. Scherler again, as he continues to improve his system and the changes are incorporated into my daily operations as an existing customer.

I would recommend the Koskino filter system without reservation.

A few years ago, when the topic of microplastics became increasingly prominent and I occasionally thought, “well, our grinding sludge…”, Matthias Scherler approached us with the question of whether we would be willing to act as a test operation for his new mini wastewater treatment system – of course we would. I was repeatedly amazed at the persistence and meticulousness with which Mr. Scherler came up with one improvement after another and made his Koskino more and more perfect.
Das System läuft jetzt schon seit 2021 an meinem NIDEK LE-1200, inzwischen für meine Betriebsnachfolger und auch wenn es nicht die Welt rettet, es ist ein kleiner aber wichtiger Mosaikstein für eine etwas sauberere Umwelt. Es ist kostengünstig, einfach in der Handhabung und offensichtlich sehr langlebig - eben nachhaltig!
