The KOSKINO filter system works according to the principle of additive gravity filtration. Wastewater from the grinding system is distributed into the filter container via a drip plate. The special filter fabric retains the plastic particles. Cleaned water flows back into the lower container and is immediately pumped back up into your grinding system. For jobs that require a higher water volume, a clever overflow is integrated into the filter basket that diverts excess water directly into the collection container. If particles reach the lower container in the process, they are immediately returned to the grinding system, because four KOSKINO inline turbines mounted directly on the pump shafts effectively prevent sedimentation of the particles in the collection container. Simply clever!Die Filter (Lieferumfang 3 Stück) werden ca. alle 2 Wochen im Rotationsprinzip gewechselt – eine Sache von wenigen Minuten. Der entnommene Filter trocknet in aller Ruhe an der Rückseite des Zyklons und wird vor dem nächsten Einsatz ausgesaugt. Ebenfalls Minutensache! Alles was Sie dazu brauchen, ist ein handelsüblicher Staubsauger. Im Filtersack Ihres Staubsauger wandern dabei nur wenige Partikel, fast alle landen om Sammelbehälter unterhalb des Zyklonabscheiders. Nach ca. 6 Monaten entleeren Sie den Inhalt des Sammelbehälters im Restmüll.  Alternativ nimmt KOSKINO die Schleifabfälle kostenpflichtig entgegen und lässt diese von einem zertifizierten Entsorger in der Region entsorgen.
